Basundi - Recipe Ingredients: Milk - 1 Ltr Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp Sugar - 1/4 cup Saffron in milk - 1 Tbsp Method: 1. First, Boil the milk in a wide non stick pan. Let it reduce to half. Note: Keep stirring at regular intervals 2. Add cardamom powder and sugar. Stir till it reduces further to quarter. 3. Finally add saffron milk and cook for another minute, then turn off. Your basundi is ready to serve either warm or cold Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds
