Arun Jaitley says steps taken in Land bill are in farmers' interest
New Delhi, Aug 30 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Sunday briefed about the notification made in Land Bill. He said that the 13 laws which were exempted from being introduced in the amended bill and the ordinance which was issued by the present government incorporated that effect adding that no new ordinance can be issued at this period. Jaitley said that this is a step which is entirely in the interest of the farmers. Jaitley also threw light on the participation of the states in forming the new bill in which he said that all states mutually came to the conclusion about the bill but some parties made it a political issue. He said that now the bill is introduced in the standing committee and now its decision will be accepted
