Aftershocks of earthquake observed, rains expected: IMD
New Delhi, April 26 (ANI): The Director General of Indian Meteorological Department, LS Rathore, on Sunday briefed about the weather conditions after devastating earthquake hit Nepal and parts of Northern India. Rathore said that more than two and a half dozen aftershocks of earthquake were observed. He added that such aftershocks are likely to continue for a while and people should take precautions. Rathore added that rain is expected and it can further trigger landslide. He also advised people to keep away from such sites prone to rainfall.
