AMID TENSION AT BORDER, WOMEN TIE RAKHI TO BSF JAWANS’ WRISTS
On a day when the nation is celebrating the festival of Rakshabandhan and the love between a brother and sister, jawans on the border stand in nation’s duty, away from their homes and sisters even on this day. However, women in Rajouri-Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir played the role of their sisters to boost their morale on this day. They tied Rakhis to their wrist and prayed for the well-being of their soldier brothers who not only protect them but the whole nation.
