5 of family killed, 2 injured in Pakistani shelling in J&K's Poonch
Poonch (J&K), Mar 18 (ANI): Five civilians died and two were injured, after shelling from across the border by Pakistan in Balakote sector of Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir. The injured have been shifted to a hospital. On the incident, IGP Jammu SD Singh Jamwal said, “We're assessing situation. Our teams are already on spot. Helicopters have been sent to retrieve the injured for specialised treatment in Jammu. Firing is going on.”
