27 YEARS HENCE JYOTISHPEETH GETS ITS SHANKARACHARYA
The issue of who will lead the Jyotishpeeth in Uttarakhand has been hanging fire for 27 long years. Now a verdict of the Allahabad Civil Court has accepted Swami Swaroopananda as the worthy suitor for the post of Shankaracharya in Uttarakhand. Swaroopananda is also the Shankaracharya of Dwarkapeeth.
