Rice Pancakes Ingredients Cooked Rice - 1 cup Rice flour - 1/2 cup Oil - 1 tbsp Onion - 1 no. finely chopped Mustared seeds - 1/2 tsp Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida powder- 1/4 tsp Green chilli - 1 no. A piece of chopped Ginger Salt to taste A few Coriander leaves Method: Saute the ingredients 1. Heat oil in a kadai 2. Add the mustard seeds, urad dal, asafoetida powder 3. Add the onions, green chilli, ginger and saute well. 4. Once the onions turn transparent turn off the stove and keep aside Grinding the rice 5. Add the cooked rice, water and rice flour in a grinder and grind to a coarse batter Add some more rice flour to get a thick batter of right consistency 6. Now add the saute'd ingredients, chopped coriander leaves and mix well 7. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes 8. Cook the batter on a non stick pan/tawa in medium flame. Add oil as needed 9. Turn the sides till its cooked.
