Arrest order against Akbaruddin Owaisi for remarks against PM
Kishanganj, Oct 07 (ANI): An arrest order against All India Majlis-e Ittihad al-Muslimin leader Akbaruddin Owaisi was issued for remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Akbaruddin Owaisi after he allegedly gave a hate speech against Narendra Modi. Kishanganj police in Bihar has issued an arrest order against has been issued against the AIMIM leader. During a public rally in Bihar, Owaisi had called the Prime Minister a tyrant (zaalim) and a devil (shaitan). Following his speech, a Block Development Officer filed an FIR in Kishanganj Police Station against Owaisi. Superintendent of Police Rajeev Ranjan keeping in mind his hate speech such action has been taken. Whereas AIMIM leader Aftab Ahmed termed it a controversy against the party and cited other prominent leaders facing the charges akin to the one discussed.
