‘Konnsanchem fest’: Goans celebrate ripening of rice grain
Tiswadi, Goa, Aug 24 (ANI): Goans in Tiswadi are celebrating the harvest festival of ‘Konnsanchem’ today as the rice grain is ready and the suburb of Santa Cruz is laden with festivity. The festival was started after the first crop was cut by the president of Communidade at Segundo Bairro field. The harvest festival is celebrated in August across the state.
