No Scrutiny Of Ipl Bids Without Reforms Says Lodha
The Justice Lodha Committee put the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on notice on Monday and said it would not scrutinize the global tender for the multi-billion dollar IPL rights unless the Board undertook to fully implement the Supreme Court ordered reforms in cricket administration.
