Dharam Singh wins from Bidar

Bangalore, May 16 (IANS) Former Karnataka chief minister N. Dharam Singh (Congress) won the Bidar seat defeating the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Gurupadappa Nagmarpalli by 37,999 votes.
