Patna, May 16 (IANS) Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief and Railway Minister Lalu Prasad was trailing in the Saran constituency but leading Pataliputra, according to early trends available.
Counting of votes for all the 40 parliamentary seats in Bihar began simultaneously in all district headquarters across the state Saturday with the postal ballots being tabulated in the first round.
