SC ordains media to remain cautious in Aarushi case reporting
After a long awaited period, at last, it seems that the Supreme Court has arisen out of its beauty sleep and has taken in account the pitiful tragedy of late Aarushi Talwar.
The Supreme Court has warned media to exercise caution in reporting the Aarushi Talwar murder case and give a halt to the publication of their obscene spicy stories in relation to the Talwar family.

The media was ordained to report the case objectively so as not to soil the reputation of the Teenager's family and friends in Noida.
The bench consisting of Justice Atamas Kabir and Markandey Katju have given strict terms to media while directing that a public Interest Litigation Petition be placed before chief justice K.G. Balakrishnan for hearing on August 18.
The 50 days long exile of Dr. Rajesh Talwar, is all the more questionable now, when he is proved innocent. Media's topsy-turvy coverage of the whole scenario and course of events and CBI's hurry in revealing each and every finding of the probe to the media, only added to the woes of the innocent family which was already in a state of trauma.
