Patna, March 31 (IANS) An independent legislator in Bihar was arrested Tuesday on charges of making an inflammatory speech at an election meeting, police said.
Pradeep Joshi, leader of the Rashtriya Hindu Seva Dal, is an assembly member from Dhri-on-Sone constituency of Rohtas district. He was arrested in Dehri-on-Sone town, about 150 km from here.
