Unseen footage of 'Fawlty Towers' to be aired to mark 30th anniversary
London, Mar 5 (ANI): Unseen footage of British classic comedy 'Fawlty Towers', which ran for only 12 episodes in the late 1970s, will be aired to mark 30 years since the show ended.
John Cleese - who wrote the original series with his then wife Connie Booth, who played Polly - will front the programme.
They will be joined by fellow stars Andrew Sachs and Prunella Scales.
"Fawlty Towers is almost everyone's favourite sitcom so there will be a huge appetite for this. John will be rooting around for some of the best clips and talking through his favourite bits," the Sun quoted a source, as saying.
"And there will be some unseen footage that hit the cutting room floor too. It will be a real trip down memory lane for fans," the source added. (ANI)
