New Delhi, Jan 23 (ANI): India flaunted the best of its military hardware, including the latest weapons, planes, battle tanks and missiles at a full dress rehearsal of the Republic Day parade on Friday.
Amongst the proudly displayed equipments were the BrahMos and the Agni-3, which are long-range missiles, T-90 tanks and Akash (surface to air) missile.
The mere dress rehearsal turned around to be a near replica of the January 26 parade as it also displayed India's rich and diverse culture featuring tableaux from various states showing their regional cultural heritage. The children awarded the national bravery award also paraded in the event.
This glorious parade is held every year to mark the adoption of the Indian Constitution on January 26, 1950. (ANI)
