Lucknow, Jan 17 (IANS) A newly-wed woman was allegedly raped by her neighbour and three other men inside her house in an Uttar Pradesh village, a police officer said Saturday.
The incident took place Friday night in the Shivpur Mathiya village of Ballia district, about 300 km from here.
'The 27-year-old victim has alleged that her neighbour Ramakant along with his three friends forcibly entered her house Friday night and raped her by tying her hands and legs,' police inspector Dhirendra Pratap Singh told IANS on telephone.
No one has yet been arrested, he added.
