P D T acharya told that all the nomination papers were rejected except that of Patil and Shekhawat after going under scrutiny. There were many loop holes in those papers, so the officer general has rejected those papers according to rules and regulations written in the constitution. In this response, Ravi Shanker Prasad, the BJP spokesperson told that “It is very unfortunate for us as the nominee person for the top job must not say like this. We are not blaming her tactlessly. We are talking on the basis of the fact provided by CBI and High Court. No comments can be made over if someone is ignoring these facts.”

ratibha Patil are accusing of several charges includes ‘her controversial addressing over curtain system’, ‘to save her brother from the improper way who is accused of Bank debts and Murder case’. Its very ridiculas situation to see this upcoming Presidential election where a controversial woman is going to fight election (almost elected) for being first woman of republic India, Its very shameful that election commission as well judiciary both are paralyzed before these greedy and selfish politicians.

It is clearly known that all facts are provided by CBI and High Court, still she has no shame before claming that all the indicts against her are false and baseless.
Its not only shame for entire nation but every citizen and me should have shame for this.

If such things are happening for the top job of our country then how can we be satisfied or have belief for lower election for MLA’s and MP’s.
This provides that there is no law and order made for these powerful politicians. They all are above judiciary.
