Bollywood actor Kajol inaugurates Jewellery exhibition in Delhi
New Delhi, Oct 14 (ANI): Bollywood actor Kajol inaugurated the 22nd edition of India's largest gold and jewellery show ' Festival of Gold 2007' here on Monday.
Organised by the Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation (MMTC), the ten-day show will showcase one of the best jewellery designs from across the country.

Speaking to the media, Kajol said that people love everything beautiful and gold is one of those beautiful things.
" Whenever you think of gold on any occasion, you feel special. It's something that has religious meaning as well as special meaning for everybody," said Kajol.
The exhibition is a part of MMTC's efforts to provide quality, hallmarked gold jewellery to customers.
The exhibition gives a unique opportunity to customers to buy jewellery of wide variety.
Sanjeev Batra, Chairman and Managing Director, MMTC said that in today's volatile situation gold was a safe investment.
"People are more interested in gold because the stock market is very volatile. People should go for gold as it is considered a safe investment," Barta added.
MMTC is also selling its "Sanchi" brand of silverware in the exhibition. This brand is known for its exclusive designs, purity, quality and spectacular craftsmanship.
The gems and jewellery sector is amongst the fastest growing industries in the country while occupying an important position in the Indian economy and accounting for nearly 13.05 per cent of the country's total exports. (ANI)
