Samsung Galaxy C5, Xiaomi Mi 5, OnePlus 2, or Nexus 5X: Here's The Right Device For You!

Earlier we had updated you about Samsung launching its latest C series which as heard will only be available in the Chinese market.

However, the good piece of news is that the C5 - pioneering the C series, has been spotted on Zuaba(website that primarily deals with export & import in India). This increases the likelihood of Samsung Galaxy C5 soon making a full- fledged appearance in the Indian market as well.

C5 is in the league of already launched and running smartphones like the Xiaomi Mi 5, OnePlus 2 and Google Nexus 5X. And if C5 launches in India, it will surely have to compete with these mighty ones.

As stated, C5 will have two models based on the storage capacity. The model with 32GB internal memory is available at 2199 Yuan which comes to Rs. 22,500. Another of its variant has 64GB storage and it costs 2399 Yuan nearly Rs. 24,500. Considering the Indian market and the tough competition we’ve here, the device would surely have a different price tag but it would definitely not be under Rs. 20,000.

Moving on to the tough competitors of C5, Xiaomi Mi 5 with 32GB is priced Rs. 24,999, Google Nexus 5X with 16 GB costs Rs. 23,990, and OnePlus 2 with 16GB costs Rs. 20,999 while 32GB models costs Rs. 22,999.

Samsung Galaxy C5

We'll begin with the one that's hot on the list - the C5. This smartphone comes with full metal body and has fingerprint sensor on its home button. It has a 5.2-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display which has 1,920×1,080 pixels (424 ppi pixel density) and is backed by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor. It also houses an Adreno 405 GPU. The C5 runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. As for memory, it has 32GB/64GB internal memory which is expandable up to 128GB through microSD card. At the camera front, the device has 16MP main camera with f/1.9 aperture and for selfies, it comes with 8MP front-camera with f/1.9 aperture. It has a 2600mAh battery that comes with the latest Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology.

Xiaomi Mi 5 (32GB)

This one is surely a feature-rich gadget backed by a fingerprint sensor and a metallic frame. The device sports a 5.15-inch full HD screen which offers 1,920x1,080 pixel (428 ppi pixel density). It also has Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with MIUI v7.0. the device comes with 32GB internal memory and 3GB RAM. It also has 6MP Sony IMX298 primary camera along with a 4MP front-camera with 2mp pixel size. The battery is 3,000mAh and comes supported by Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology.

OnePlus 2

OnePlus 2 comes with aluminium and magnesium-made body with 5.5-inch LTPS IPS LCD capacitive touch screen display. It offers 1,080x1,920 pixels (401 ppi pixel density) and is backed by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. It even houses Adreno 430 GPU and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The device has two models based on RAM size. One has 16GB internal memory and 3GB RAM while the other has 64GB internal storage and 4GB RAM. OnePlus 2 has a 13MP major camera with f/2.0 aperture and OIS, and a 5MP front camera with f/2.4 aperture for selfies. It has 3,300mAh battery.

LG Google Nexus 5X (16 GB)

This device comes with a 5.2-inch IPS LCD capacitive touch screen backed by 1,080x1,920 pixels (423 ppi pixel density). It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor. LG Google Nexus 5X runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow which can be upgraded to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. It has 16GB internal memory but lacks the microSD card slot and has 2GB RAM. At the camera front, the device has 12.3MP main camera with f/2.0 aperture and 5MP selfie-snapper with f/2.0 aperture. It has a 2,700mAh battery.
