North Delhi Municipal Corporation will organise special camps for collection of conversion and parking charges at its all Zonal offices on 28thFebruary and 28th March 2014.
The camps are being organized to facilitate traders to deposit conversion charges, parking charges etc for permissible properties on notified roads as per relevant provisions of Master Plan-2021.
Additional Commissioner (Engineering) Dr. Dilraj Kaur informed that the property owners, who are running commercial activities from residential or industrial properties need to deposit, conversion charges and parking charges as per provisions of MPD-2021, receiving trade without depositing the requisite charges, will attract punitive action including penalty amounting to 10 times the amount of conversion charges for misuse as well as sealing of premises as per the provisions of MPD-2021.
