DSIIDC organizes Lok Shivir to ensure speedy disposal of pending worked

To ensure speedy disposal of pending works and also for convenience of applicants/allottees, third Lok Shivir is being organized at Administrative Block, Narela Industrial Complex which followed related cases like pending applications of conversion from lease hold to free hold where the applications were filed prior to 31.03.2013, pending applications for change in constitution

payment of dues and other issues.

The status of 121 pending applications of conversion change of constitution and payment of dues has been uploaded on the website of DSIIDC for the convenience of the applicant so that applicants attend the Lok Shivir well prepared to submit requisite documents to complete the formalities.

Only the applicant or his/her immediate family member (with authority letter from the applicant) will be entertained in the Lok Shivir. The applicant may contact the respective counter to submit documents/dues in relation to his/her pending applications relating to above two issues.

The visiting applicant may submit records/documents or contact the official to explain his point of view so that the pending issue can be subsequently processed on file for final disposal on priority.

Sh. Amit Yadav, CMD, DSIIDC said that under Swachh Bharat Mission, inspections of office buildings, various industrial complexes under DSIIDC were conducted by the officers to ensure cleanliness/removal of waste material. Liquor shops were inspected to ensure cleanliness in the shops and its surrounding areas. The rate list boards and statutory warning boards were also properly displayed and cleaned.
