New Delhi, Mar. 22 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) vice president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi ruled out any internal feud within the BJP, as is being alleged by the Sena mouthpiece 'Saamna', and reaffirmed that the BJP's alliance with the Shiv Sena will remain strong as ever.
"The alliance with the Shiv Sena has been for decades. Our alliance has seen both highs and lows. Therefore, our alliance with the Shiv Sena is intact. We don't answer to each and every question, and hence, there are no internal feuds within the party," Naqvi said.
Hitting out at the BJP in its editorial mouthpiece 'Saamna', the Shiv Sena had on Saturday questioned the party for keeping L.K. Advani waiting for his seat for the Lok Sabha polls.
"L.K. Advani was kept on hold for a long time. Why was he kept on hold? This is an insult to Advani," the Shiv Sena mouthpiece said.
"Advani's name should've featured in the first list. A person who was a part of the BJP's golden era, was kept hanging till the last minute," the Saamna editorial added. (ANI)
