Haridwar, Feb 9 (IANS) Indian culture is a science, not just rituals, a Vedic expert from Italy has said.
"Indian culture is not only ritual activities but is a science," Adarna Bony of the Academy of Traditional Indian Sciences at Pisa said during a visit here.
"Today, the whole world is eagerly looking towards India for peace," he added.
Bony and his colleague Macro Phiti spoke at the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya here. A university spokesman said the Italians spent nine days in Haridwar studying yoga and ayurveda.
