AAP following Congress guidelines: Vinod Binny

New Delhi, Thu, 16 Jan 2014 ANI

New Delhi, Jan. 16 (ANI): Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Vinod Kumar Binny on Thursday said that the Congress was majorly impacting the decisions taken by the party and that Congress was advising AAP on major decisions.

"All the important decisions that the party is taking is being advised by the Congress. Though, they had promised the people that they would not work with that party and never take their support. Somewhere or the other Congress is deeply involved and this is a betrayal for the public,"

He further said, that his party is applying use and throw policy, and that AAP leader Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, Kumar Vishwas and Arvind Kejriwal have formed a group who takes all major decisions for the party.

"They are applying a use and throw policy. They just know how to use and throw people. It is what they did with Anna Hazare and Kiran Bedi," said Binny.

"There is a group of four people Manish Sisodia, Kumar Vishwas, Sanjay Singh and Arvind Kejriwal, who are old friends, and have formed a group in the party. It seems like they are running a film looking at the drama they are creating in the nation," he said.

"They betrayed the volunteers, and a lot of corruption took place in Vidhan Sabha with the tickets for seats. It was confirmed, that I would be contesting elections for Laxmi Nagar. In fact, he had even called me home, and asked me to contest from Laxmi Nagar, although I did not want to.But it was all drama," he added.

He also said that AAP was betraying the public and did not have any proof against former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit whom he had accused of corruption

"They had also said that they had proof of corruption against the former Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit but they never brought the issue after being elected. Also, I heard him asking Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Dr. Harshvardhan if he had any proof against her. It was shameful

"That means they didn't have a proof. Now how can they call someone corrupt without having any evidence to support it? This is wrong and they have constantly been betraying the public,"

He also said that the party members had resented VIP culture, but they are using VIP number cars. Also, if the public wouldn't have opposed Kejriwal would have been staying in a ten bedroom flat.

The 39-year-old has accused his party for "straying" from AAP's core principles. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has dismissed it saying he was sulking for not getting the chance to contest. (ANI)
