South Delhi Mayor, Mrs. Sarita Choudhary made a visit to Ward No. 186, Sangan Vihar. On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner (South), Ashok Kumar; Area Councillor, Kalicharan Sharma and other high officials were present.
On the occasion Mayor inspected sanitary condition of the area. During the inspection, she found poor sanitation condition, garbage war lying on the roads and drains were full of silt. She interacted with the local citizens and discussed their problems. She directed the concerned officials to solve them at the earliest.
Mrs. Choudhary said that development of all unauthorized colonies is my first priority. We will provide civic facilities like better sanitation condition, roads, dhalao-ghar, schools and community halls on priority basis. For providing better sanitation facilities in unauthorised colonies, we have started the strengthening of infrastructure. Budgetary provision has been made in this regard.
