The Fast Track court is all set to charge on the five accused of raping and murdering the girl in Delhi. The charged framed on them will be the base for the trial for the accused in the crime which shocked the entire nation.
In the case, the prosecution has asked to frame charged against the five accused under 13 sections of the IPC including murder, gang rape, robbery and conspiracy.
Meanwhile the parents and family of the Delhi gang rape victim has sought an appointment with UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi. Family wants to discuss its ordeals and woes to Sonia Gandhi for some demands.
Sources claim that her father has approached to Sonia Gandhi office and got some assurance for wait some time in keeping with her pressing commitments.
It is noted that family of the victim is unhappy with the decision of Juvenile Board which has declare the sixth accuse as minor. Family is going to take legal experts on the issue.
Family wants to treat the case as exception and pronounce sternest of punishment to the accused.
