The leading bank of public sector SBI will recruit 1500 Probationary Officers PO, the bank has given detail notification regarding State Bank of India PO recruitment.
The online registration of application for SBI PO recruitment can be made from 30.01.2013 TO 23.02.2013.
Eligibility for SBI PO:
Educational Qualification:
The candidate should have done graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent degree approved by the central government.
Age Limit to apply for SBI PO examination:
The candidate should be aged not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 01.01.2013. In other words; the candidate should be born not earlier than 02.01.1983 and not later than 01.01.1992 (both dates included).
Relaxation in age is applicable as per government rules.
Selection Procedure:
The selection process of SBI PO consists of two phases.
First Phase:
The first phase of SBI PO recruitment exam consists of a written test of 250 marks that carries objective test of 200 marks and descriptive test of 50 marks.
Second Phase:
Second phase of State Bank of India Probationary Officer recruitment consists of Group Discussion (GD) of 20 marks and interview of 30 marks.
The final merit list will be based on aggregate performance of both the phases.
Exam Fee for SBI PO:
General category and others: Rs. 200/- (App. fee including intimation charges)
SC / ST / PWD: Rs. 50/- (Intimation Charges only)
