Ludhiana, May 9 (ANI): A fire broke out the Umar Mandi restaurant in Ludhiana today.
According to television reports, the fire has been brought under control.
"According to shopkeepers, a short circuit caused the fire. It was a bar room and probably alcohol enforced the fire," said a fire department person.
