New Delhi, March 26 (IANS) It was a clear and windy morning here Tuesday with the minimum temperature settling at 16.7 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season. The Met Office has forecast a partly cloudy day ahead.
"The clear sky in the morning... will become partly cloudy in the day. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 30 degrees Celsius," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD), said. Humidity recorded at 8.30 a.m. was 61 percent.
Monday's maximum temperature was 29.6 degrees Celsius, a notch below average, while the minimum temperature settled at 17.7 degrees, a notch above average.
