Lucknow, March 6 (IANS) Two labourers were killed and three others injured in an industrial accident in Uttar Pradesh's Bahraich district Wednesday, police said.
The incident took place at the Kranti steel factory in the Dargah Shareef area of Bahraich, some 130 km from here, when a boiler exploded while the labourers were working around it, Senior Superintendent of Police Vinod Kumar Yadav told IANS.
The dead were identified as Om Prakash (35) and Ram Swaroop (45). Their bodies have been sent for autopsy. Those injured are undergoing treatment in hospital, police said.
