Haryana Civil Services HCS mains exam postponed

Haryana Civil Services HCS mains exam has been postponed. This exam was scheduled to begin from September 2, 2012. Punjab and Haryana high court issued an order for postponement of exam after hearing 21 petitions regarding errors in preliminary examination papers.
The high court further said that the Haryana Public Service Commission has created a state of confusion by not declaring answers of preliminary examination. The court also ordered HPSC to make public the answer sheets of preliminary examination. The court also directed the commission to give chance to candidates to file representation before sending the matter to expert committee.
The high court also said that in the case of dispute on answers in expert committee, more than one true answers or all the wrong options, then the question concerned should be removed.
If questions are found wrong in the optional papers the commission should take fresh examination.
