Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has assured that appropriate action would be taken in the case of a 23-year-old former flight attendant committing suicide in the capital and blaming Haryana Minister of State for Home Gopal Kanda for taking the extreme step.
Hooda said that government will take appropriate action in the matter.
It is noted that Deepika Sharma, a former flight attendant committed suicide at her home on Sunday.
According to police sources she was found dead at her Ashok Vihar residence. She had hung herself to death. We have recovered a suicide note, which says Kanda had broken her trust.
Police team has been sent to Kanda's residents as part of the investigation.
Meanwhile Victim's brother has blamed that Kanda along with his colleague Aruna Chadha were mentally harassed his sister.
He said that his sister quit her job with MDLR airlines and decided to work with Emirates and had gone for training in Dubai but Kanda wrote to them accusing my sister of having a bad character, which led to her termination.
