The Disco Song from 'Student of the Year' released: Watch Video

Director Karan Johar for the first time is coming with a movie without his favorite "Shahrukh Khan" and the first look of his upcoming movie 'Student of the Year' is already out with its first song 'Student of the Year'.

Student of the Year is one of the most awaited movie of the year starring three star kids including Mahesh Bhatt's daughter Alia Bhatt, director David Dhawan's son Varun Dhawan, Boman Irani's son Kayoze Irani and Siddharth Malhotra.

The movie seems to memorize the super hit movie Kuch Kuch Hota Hai with college students dancing in the dance floor. Produced by Karan Johar and Shahrukh Khan under the banner of Dharma Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment, Student of the year is likely to release on 19 October 2012.

The poster of the movie shows the trio in front of the gate of a college and can be predicted that the movie is a college based story and a sweet love comedy.

All the actors look good in the song with Alia being the cynosure and look stunning. Malhotra and Dhawan had earlier worked as assistant directors under Karan Johar during the making of the film; My Name is Khan in 2010. The disco song has been taken form Disco Deewane, is a Pakistani pop album, sung by Pakistani singer Nazia Hassan and produced by the famous Indian producer Biddu that was released in 1981.
