Bihar STET High School Teacher result 2012 has been declared on Thursday June 14, 2012. The candidates can check their Bihar STET results BSITET on the Bihar board website http://biharboard.net
The candidate can also get Bihar STET result though SMS on their mobiles for which they have to type BSITET< Space > < Roll No > and send it to 54333. The SMS service is available for BSNL subscribers only
Bihar School Examination Board conducts the exam for Bihar secondary teacher eligibility test (BSTET). Previously the board has declared the results of BTET.
With the declaration of Bihar STET results 2012 or BSITET result the candidates can apply for the recruitment for the post of high school teacher.
Around 5,60,000 candidates had appeared for the Bihar secondary teacher eligibility test organized on February 17, 2012. All these candidates were waiting for Bihar STET result 2012.
The advertisement for Bihar STET was given in 2011 and exam was held in February 2012.
The announcement of Bihar STET results 2012 will facilitate the recruitment of high school teachers that will provide impetus to secondary education system in the state.
The candidates who have applied for the BSTET comprise trained and untrained candidates.
Bihar school examination board (BSEB) Patna, the regulatory body of Bihar STET had set some eligibility criteria. As per this, the educational qualification for general category was 50 marks in graduation. For reserved category 45 percent marks in graduation was required.
The declaration of Bihar BSITET results has brought an end to the anxious wait of the candidates.
The announcement of Bihar STET results has enabled students to apply for recruitment as high school teachers.

September 7, 2012 at 1:11 PMSir i am biotechnology graduate and i have passed stet and also apply for further as your 1st notification but later you create a new rule that any biotechnology graduate can't apply for join as a science teacher (as news published in the news paper HINDUSTAN in its 4th september edition).please clearify me why i am not able for the post if my subsy paper was also botany and chemistry and if it is not possible then why should you not decleared in the time when stet forms were apply by students?

Pass percentage has been 21.12%..And recruitment process will start in november 2012. best of luck for all students
