Ahmedabad, Nov 18 (IANS) England scored 182 for three at lunch in their second innings on day four of the first Test against India at the Sardar Patel Stadium in Motera here Sunday.
Captain Alistair Cook hit an unbeaten 109 to keep the English in the game after India had picked the wickets of Nick Compton (37), Jonathan Trott (17) and Kevin Pietersen (2).
England, after following on, still trail India by 148 runs.
