New Delhi, Nov 1 (IANS) World-famous Jamaican reggae artist Sean Paul, who is set to entertain audiences across India, says it is his first visit to the country but he is looking forward to come back again.
"It is just the first instalment of me coming to India and there are so many wonderful places to see but unfortunately I don't have enough time to go and see the Ganges and Taj Mahal. But I will definitely come back and see them all," Paul said.
"It is a pleasure for me to be in such a great place. The food I have eaten is excellent. I am here to take back Indian culture with me and give you a little bit of mine," he said while interacting with the media here.
The 39-year-old Grammy award-winning musician will be performing here Friday at Quantum Club, Noida, followed by Mumbai on Saturday and Bangalore on Sunday.
The Indian edition of Sean Paul Live In Concert is being presented and managed by Blue Note Entertainment, a promotion and event management company, which is foraying into the concert space for the first time.
Talking about his performance here Friday, Paul said: "Delhi has shown me lot of love. A lot of energy, sweating and dancing is in store for the people of Delhi. I like when people get involved in music. It is always a good show when people give me the right kind of energy. The performances are going to be full of energy."
He is expected to belt out his hits "Get busy", "Gimme the light", "I'm still in love with you", "Give it up to me", "Baby boy" and "Never gonna be the same", to name a few.
The international music sensation and pop star has set out on multiple international summer tours in support of his last two albums "Imperial Blaze" and "Tomahawk Technique".
Paul, who has collaborated with many singers across the world says he is open to collaborate with Indian musicians.
"I have come here with an open mind, visit places, make connections and look forward to work with some Indian musicians," he said.
Talking about his exposure to Bollywood he says his parents played a mojor role in it.
"My parents told to me watch the Bollywood shows and I have seen a few but because of language barrier I have not been able to identify with the songs and names. I have seen the dresses and set of Bollywood films and I really like all that," he said.
