Lucknow, Oct 1 (IANS) A fire gutted stationary and other material at the BJP state headquarters here Monday evening before it was doused 30 minutes later.
Chief Fire Officer Ram Dhari Yadav told IANS that two rooms were charred at the Bharatiya Janata Party office before fire tenders reached the site.
A probe has been ordered. Firemen say a short-circuit could have sparked the fire. No one was injured, police said.
