Rain likely in Delhi

New Delhi, Aug 25 (IANS) It was another cloudy morning in the national capital Saturday with the minimum temperature settling at 25.5 degrees Celsius, a notch below the average. The Met office has forecast rains.

"Sky would remain partly cloudy. Rain or thundershower may occur in some areas," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The city has recorded 13.7 mm of rainfall since Friday while the humidity stood at 92 percent at 8.30 a.m.

"The maximum and minimum temperatures will stay around 32 and 25 degrees Celsius," said the official.

The maximum temperature Friday slipped to 30.7 degrees Celsius, three notches below the average for the season.
