Hyderabad, June 10 (ANI): Hyderabad Police raided a rave party and arrested five people, including a Uganda national, here, besides seizing drugs like cocaine, LSD cubes, and cell phones and laptops.
The rave party was organised in Banjara Hills on late Saturday night.
Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Shankar Reddy, said, "We raided a rave which was going on in Road number 10, Banjara hills and we have apprehended five people, among them one is Leonard, who is a Uganda national. We have seized 14 grams of drugs, which includes LSD cubes and cocaine sachets. We have also seized four cell phones and two laptops. One lady, Subramaniyam is absconding, who is also involved in this issue."
A case under the Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered and police are waiting for the medical reports.
A case would be registered against those who would test positive for drug use. (ANI)
