London, May 12 (ANI): There could be 42 reasons couples break up - it might have been the man purse, or maybe they just stopped liking each other, a book reveals.
'The Why We Broke Up Project' by Daniel Handler, says the reason could vary from internet porn to age difference, or for being invited to a family birthday party, the Guardian reported.
Sometimes the reason could be for picking up a date late and never apologising, and at times for wearing the girlfriend's lipstick.
Some broke up for not being supportive towards each other, while some broke up because they weren't ready for a committed relationship, only to find out that they were ready for one a month later with someone else.
Few broke up because they stopped liking each other, and also because they felt insecure eating cake in front of the guy.
Some forced their faith on their relationship, while others saw the relationship as "friends with benefits."
The couples also broke up because they got tired of pretending, while some didn't like to kiss in public.
Weight gain was also a factor, and also cheating or adultery. (ANI)
