Army Chief V. K. Singh congratulates Lt Gen Bikram Singh on succession

Agra, Mar 4 (ANI): The out going Army Chief General V. K. Singh on Sunday said he has already sent his regards to Lieutenant General Bikram Singh for succeeding him as the new Army chief.
General Singh said this here, while on a visit to the Manka Maheshwar temple.
Lieutenant General Singh will officially take over as the new Army chief on the afternoon of May 3, 2012.
Lieutenant General Singh currently heads the Army's Eastern Command. (ANI)
