New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): Congress leader Renuka Chowdhary on Saturday condemned last week's assault on a security officer of a five-star hotel here, saying that common people should behave this way.
"It is really terrifying. We have people who blame the police, the politicians, the government. Where are those protesters now, and not saying that this is not the way to behave for the aam admi (common man) to behave," said Chowdhary.
Describing the the attackers as donkeys, she said thet must be taught humility.
"These goons must be made to do social service and made clean parks and streets to learn what humility is," she added.
A CCTV footage at Surya Hotel in New Friends Colony on February 13 had captured some people attacking Bhupender Nagar, a security officer at a five star hotel in Nehru Place, in a parking lot.
After the footage was broadcast widely on news channels on Friday, Delhi Police acted and arrested the eight persons involved in the incident on Saturday, twelve days after the incident. (ANI)
