Katy Perry selling off New York pent house

Washington, Feb 20 (ANI): Katy Perry has put her New York City apartment for sale, which she had purchased with estranged husband Russell Brand.

The pop star and the comedian had bought the two-bedroom luxury penthouse in Manhattan for a reported 2.75 million dollars in September 2010, just one month before their wedding in India.

But after Brand filed for divorce from the singer last December, the 'Teenage Dream' hitmaker has put the mansion up for sale in a bid to move on from the failed relationship, Contactmusic reported.

According to the New York Post, the 1,500-square-foot duplex boasts of a city skyline view, a cherry wood staircase and heated floors. (ANI)
