Around 2,000 men participate in a group-shaving event in Mumbai
Mumbai, Dec 15(ANI): Around 2,000 men participated in a group-shaving event in Mumbai to create a record on Monday.
They claimed to have entered the Limca book of world records, as the last record was set when 1858 persons held a shaving event.
They are also confident that, after their formal application to the Guinness book of world records, they will succeed in making a mark in it as well.
Bollywood actress Mugdha Godse, a key supporter of the Shave India Movement since its inception, was also present at the event.
"I'm very happy to be part of this world record event. Gillette had created this world record two to three back and they have broken their own record to excel and I'm happy on the kind of response we have got," Godse said.
Bollywood actor Neha Dhupia was also present at the event to extend her support. (ANI)
