Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama to visit Japan
Dharamsala, Oct 29(ANI): Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama will leave for Japan's capital Tokyo on Thursday night to participate in a panel discussion and address public meetings in the country.
The Nobel Laureate Dalai Lama is scheduled to participate in a panel discussion with Japanese scientists in Ryogoku Kokugikan on October 31.
During his visit he will also address a public gathering on November 3 and November 5.
The Tibetan leader is scheduled to return to India on November 8.
He will also visit Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh on his return.
Samdhong Rinpoche, Tibetan Prime Minister-in-exile, said that the Dalai Lama will undertake a long trip and is expected to be back in Dharamsala, his headquarters-in-exile, on November 24.
"His Holiness is leaving for Japan this night and he will there for about one week or so then coming back to India and then he as some internal tours. Thereafter he will go to Europe and then come back and spend three-four days in Delhi. They will be coming ack to Dharamsala on November 24," said Samdhong Rinpoche, Tibetan Prime Minister-in-exile.
