Mumbai, Aug. 12 (ANI): The released of Shahid Kapur and Priyanka Chopra starrer Kaminey and Life Partner, featuring Genelia Desuza and Fardeen Khan, has been postponed in Mumbai and Pune, as all cinemas and multiplexes in the state will remain closed for three days due to the swine flu scare.
Filmmaker Vishal Bharadwaj's much awaited film was to be released on August 14, but that has been delayed now.
However, the film will release in the rest of the country as per schedule.
"Whether they resume after the three-day shutdown has still not been decided," Shahid Kapoor said.
"This is only in Mumbai and Pune. I have a hunch it is because of the Dahi Handi festival because there's a lot of mass movement in Mumbai during the event," Bharadwaj said. (ANI)
