Amritsar, July 21 (ANI): In a major breakthrough, the Punjab narcotics cell arrested a heroin peddler with four kilograms of drugs in Amritsar on Tuesday.
Acting on a tip-off, a specially constituted police party from the state special operation cell apprehended the notorious smuggler from the Umra Nangal area while he was waiting to deliver a consignment.
