To give it a scintillating start stars of Bollywood and Hollywood will descend on the ground of Chennai's YMCA College of Physical Education on April 3. On this occasion Bollywood stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor, Prabhudeva, Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra will jostle to make it an everlasting memory for the viewers. American singer, actress and "Teenage Dream"hit maker Katy Perry will also arrive to add some oomph to this star studded night. In an existence of few years this Indian Premier League has become a success of its own kind. The IPL season five is not well organized but it is certainly a huge crowd puller.

The IPL 5 is going to be a nearly two month long cricketing affair. In the opening match of IPL season five on April 4, 2012 Mumbai Indians will be fighting Chennai Super Kings at M.A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai. It will be interesting to see Sachin Tendulkar hitting a six on the balling of Ravichandran Ashwin and Dhoni destroying the spin attack of Harbhajan Singh. Whoever wins on the ground, there will be cheerleaders with all its lovely allures to keep viewers spellbound.
