Nirmala Sitharaman releasing the QCI voluntary certification scheme for lead safe paints, at the inauguration of the 3rd National Standards Conclave 2016 on "Challenges of Standards and Technical Regulations”, organised by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), in New Delhi. The Commerce Secretary, Ms. Rita A. Teaotia and other dignitaries are also seen.
